Steve Kime brings over twenty years of corporate and non-profit experience to OCI. As Executive Director, administers programs in accordance with the organization's stated mission and oversees general administration, personnel, financial management, program development, and community relations. Steve’s personal goal as Executive Director is to assist communities to become “cities of distinction.”

Stephanie Ronck is in her second year at OCI. As Director of Programs, Ms. Ronck directs and coordinates our three community and leadership development programs: community-wide strategic planning, the Citizens Academy and the Community Renewal Conference.

Rhonda Gardner is in her first year at OCI. As Administrative Assistant, Ms. Gardner serves as the secretary to OCI, performing bookkeeping functions as necessary, maintaining general office files, handling accounting records, and making meeting arrangements.
