OCI 's three fundamental community development programs: Community-wide Strategic Planning, the Oklahoma Citizens Academy, and the Conference on Community Renewal are proven resources for communities.

Through our site, it is our goal to make each of these programs more familiar to you so that you may use them to advance your community towards its preferred future. OCI's aim is to instill leadership qualities in Oklahoma citizens that will build upon their community development knowledge and skills.
