We want to hear from you!  The Oklahoma Community Institute is asking citizens and businesses of Piedmont to complete the following survey for your community.  Your input will be consolidated with others who respond. The results will be presented to your fellow citizens to help set priorities in your community's strategic planning process.

1. How satisfied are you with the amount of arts, cultural and recreational activities available in your community?
           

2. How satisfied are you with the public safety services such as fire, rescue and police?
           

3. How satisfied are you with basic services such as streets, parks, trash removal and libraries?
           

4. How would you describe the quality of the leadership provided by your city council?
           

5. How would you describe the quality of the leadership provided by your local school board?
           

6. How often do you keep up with the news from any source about the City Council, the Mayor, the School Board, or other local government bodies?
            

7. How would you describe your ability to influence local government decision making?
           

8. Are you currently covered by any type of health insurance such as coverage through your employer, Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance?
     

9. How would you rank the health and medical care available in your community?
         

10. How would you describe the quality of education provided by your public school systems?
         

11. Do you feel safe walking alone at night in your neighborhood?
      

12. During the last year have you had money or property stolen, property vandalized, home broken into, car stolen, or personal assault or attack?
